Mason County High School has hired 30 year old Joe Wynn as its new head football coach.
Wynn comes to Mason County after three seasons as the head coach of the Newport Wildcats. He compiled an 18-13 record at Newport.
In 2018, Wynn was named the KFCA Coach of the Year and the Owen Hauck Coach of the Year and received the NKOA Sportsmanship Award.
Coach Wynn has also served as the assistant athletic director at Newport since 2019.
